Data Centre Services Singapore

EIL Global provides Data Centre Smart Hands, Remote Hands, network, server, storage, cabling and infrastructure support across Singapore, for enterprise, colocation, cloud and distributed data centre environments.

Our engineers work inside data halls across the island, from Jurong and Tuas in the west to one north, Ayer Rajah and Tai Seng in the centre and Tampines, Loyang and Changi in the east. They act as your hands on site when your NOC, OEM or remote engineering team cannot be there in person.

From a single onsite intervention to resident engineers and regional rollout programs, EIL combines local field resources with centralised service governance and technology enabled delivery through Resolve360.

Where does EIL Global support data centres in Singapore?

EIL Global supports data centres across the whole of Singapore. Because the island is compact, we plan coverage by zone rather than by city: the western data centre parks around Jurong and Tuas, the central business and technology districts including one north, Ayer Rajah and Tai Seng, and the eastern corridor through Tampines, Loyang and Changi, where several cable landing stations sit.

Singapore operators usually require named engineer registration and access approval before a visit. We work through each facility's access process as part of scheduling, so engineers arrive with approvals already in place and time on site goes to the task.

Many regional NOCs and primary Asia Pacific sites are based in Singapore. When an estate also runs a secondary site in Johor or Kuala Lumpur, the same team and process carry across the Causeway.

What technologies does EIL Global support?

EIL engineer working on a laptop beside data centre server racks

EIL Global provides multi vendor Data Centre Smart Hands. Very few data centres run on one manufacturer, and a typical environment may include:

  • Dell or HPE servers
  • Cisco Nexus or Arista switching
  • Juniper networking
  • Fortinet or Palo Alto firewalls
  • NetApp or Pure Storage arrays
  • Multi vendor fibre and copper connectivity

EIL provides the onsite physical engineering layer across these environments, working alongside the customer's NOC, OEMs and remote engineering teams across Singapore.

That gives customers one field services delivery model across:

  • Computer
  • Network
  • Storage
  • Security
  • Fibre
  • Copper
  • Power
  • Physical Infrastructure

Can EIL cover Singapore and the wider region under one contract?

Yes. Singapore is often the anchor of an Asia Pacific estate, with secondary sites in Johor or Kuala Lumpur and further locations in Hong Kong, Sydney or Auckland. A refresh across those sites can be managed as one program, with one point of contact and the same Site Visit Report from every location.

Work in Singapore is scheduled in SGT around each facility's change window, and every engineer works to the same method of procedure wherever the site is.

Technology enabled Data Centre Field Services

Resolve360 is EIL Global's field service management platform. It runs the operational lifecycle from ticket allocation through to onsite completion.

  • Skill based engineer allocation
  • Location based resource matching
  • Geo enabled technician management
  • ETA visibility
  • Mobile work orders
  • Digital Site Visit Reports
  • SLA monitoring
  • Customer feedback
  • Operational dashboards
  • Service reporting

Resolve360 is used as part of EIL's field service delivery model and can support integration with customer ITSM environments where technically and commercially agreed.

Flexible Data Centre Delivery Models
